Oneida County is going mobile...With a mobile app that is. The app allows users to view attractions and or dining options. It runs on GPS technology and offers directions to many tourist destinations. Oneida County says the app took four months to develop but it makes the county more accessible to tourists.

Executive Director of Oneida County Tourism Kelly Blazosky says, "That's what our goal is, is to have that competitive edge by giving, delivering the visitor information in the quickest most responsive format to our consumers."

The app is available and compatible with all Android and Apple phones.
