D'Accurzio makes unlikely return to Boilermaker

By: Staff. The finish line is always a welcome sight for a runner. Seven months removed from brain surgery, Rich D'Accurzio is glad to be able to see anything. D'Accurzio, 68, finished the final Utica Roadrunner Development Run before the Boilermaker on Wednesday. Last July, after completing last year's Boilermaker, D'Accurzio passed out. He was suffering the effects of a subdural hematoma, bleeding on the brain. Full story at the Utica OD.
