Herkimer library closing for renovations

The Frank J. Basloe Public Library in Herkimer will be closed for renovations beginning on April 14, 2012.

According to Library Director Lesley Paul, the renovations will include installing a new carpet, painting, and removing asbestos.

The library is expected to open again on May 5, 2012.
