Woman flees from police, faces DWI charges

A Utica woman is under arrest and facing DWI charges.
Police responded to a complaint of a woman who hit a man's car window then fled the scene.
When the officer was talking to the man, the woman came down the road swerving in her car and yelled something out the window.
The officer puleld over Jamie Degristina, 35, and she sped away from the scene.
She was found and arrested soon after on Bleecker Street.
Police say her blood alcohol content was .17%.
