Whitestown Police and Oneida Indian Nation Police to participate in National Take-Back Prescription Drug Day

As part of National Take-Back Prescription Drug Day, Whitestown Police and the Oneida Indian Nation, in addition to Herkimer Police as we reported yesterday, will be taking your unwanted or expired prescription drugs this weekend.

You can turn in your pills from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Whitestown Police Department and at the Turning Stone Event Center.

Last year's first nationwide event collected more than 121 tons of prescription drugs on the first day.
