Two Blossvale men facing charges for using forged script to get oxycodone

Two brothers are under arrest and facing charges for trying to get medication from a pharmacy with a forged prescription.
According to State Police, Forrest Halbritter, 28, and Aaron Halbritter, 30, both of Blossvale each presented a forged prescription to a Wegman's pharmacist in Dewitt in order to receive Oxycodone.
They are both charged with three felonies: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, and Falsifying Business Records.
