Man Who Flipped Car and Ran From Police Still Being Sought

Police are still on the lookout for Henry Lumpkin, 22, of Utica--the man
who police say flipped his vehicle and ran away from police last week.
Lumpkin is a black man about 5'10" and 160lbs.
He has a star tattoo on his neck and a cross tattoo on his left forearm.
He's currently on parole for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with the intent to sell.
