Nearly half of the American population will be obese by 2030.
A new study shows 42% of our citizens will be in the danger zone.
According to the report by the American Journal of Preventative Medicine, around 11% of Americans will be severely overweight come 2030.
That means 11% of the population would be around 100 pounds overweight.
This level of obesity is estimated to cost around $550 billion in medical expenses.
