Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri and department heads have set up a command post at City Hall.

Police, Fire, DPW members, and others will be stationed there throughout the night to keep an eye on things during the storm.

Mayor Palmieri says they will be monitoring everything from power outages to flooding.

He says all information that residents need to know will be coming from the command center.
