The Masonic Care Community in Utica held it's annual Community Veteran's Program on Friday.

The program honors residents and employees for their years of service.

Along with the recognition, some of the veterans participated in the program by singing or sharing stories of their own.

"How often do we thank vets? I don't think we do it enough, so this is an opportunity for us to thank the veterans that live here, that rely on us for care, our employees for their service in the community at large," said Jon-Paul, Director of Development at Masonic Care Community.
