If you're not a fan of outside activities during winter, but still want to get exercise, there's some options.

The Parkway Senior Center in Utica began registration for it's winter classes.

There's a mix of programs offered like aerobics and yoga along with art classes for seniors.

Executive Director, Kelly Walters says the variety of activities helps continue to keep their seniors active.

"Regardless if it's winter or not, coming out and participating in different programs that keep a person active and healthy is great and with the snow it's an opportunity to come in and participate in programs," said Walters.

Registration for the new programs at the center will go until January 11th.
