A star from the musical "Wicked" is coming to Central New York.

The visit is for a Wicked Workshop that's hosted by the Jewish Community Center in Utica on January 21st.

Those participating will get to learn song and dance combos from the play, and they're looking for more to sign up for the workshop.

All skill levels are welcome and it's for children ages 7-16.

"It makes you want to act, I think it's an amazing experience, it really gets you to feel what it's like," said Maggie Stephens who will be participating in the workshop.

"I'm looking forward to learning all the dance numbers and song numbers," said Isabella Stephens.

The cost for the workshop is $175 for non JCC members and $150 for members.

It will be from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m.
