East Utica residents voice concerns on city issues

East Utica residents had the opportunity to voice concerns they might have about their city.
A city wide neighborhood watch meeting was held Monday night to talk about ways to improve the city.
Officials from public safety as well as the mayor were there to listen to any concerns.
Some say it's important that residents utilize these meetings to talk about issues they might have.
