The rough and tumble sport of women's Roller Derby has found it's way onto Cnyhomepage.com's Sports Connection. The area's two biggest and best roller derby squads, the Utica Rollergirls and the Utica Clubbers now have team pages on the Sports Connection. Both teams have home bouts in the Utica-Rome area throughout the summer and fall months.
The Utica Rollergirls are currently 2-0 and play their home bouts at the New Hartford Rec Center. The URG have 5 straight upcoming home bouts starting with a May 8th bout against the Hellions of Troy. To visit the Rollergirls team page click here.
The Utica Clubbers play some of the toughest competition from throughout the Northeast and currently have a 1-2 record. The Clubbers play their home bouts at the Kennedy arena in Rome and you can visit the teams schedule by clicking here.
The Utica Clubbers also have a B-team named the Blue Collar Betties. The team will play their first two bouts this year and you can visit their team page by clicking here.
