Primary voting kicks off tomorrow all across New York State and as always politicians have spoken their minds. But have voter's been heard?

Politicians will be setting up headquarters tomorrow as ballets sit idle in election offices. Their names advertised on signs across the region and we know from these ads what issues they think are important. But do they know what the people want or better yet want in a politician? Michael Cavanaugh of Utica says, "Well what I'm concerned with is reliability in politicians, we need work in this area umm so we can bring more money to the area to pay taxes." Tony Perritano added, "Well we need politicians in there who's going to hussle and find work for us, bring new industry into the area. There's a lot of small, low level paying jobs. We need more technical jobs and manufacturing jobs here." It's evident what people's concerns are, what isn't apparent yet, have the politicians listened?
