Freeze warning

A freeze warning is in effect for some counties in Central New York tonight.
The advisories are until Saturday morning in Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, and Warren counties.
Some residents of Herkimer county are baffled by this early cold front. One even says we should still be having summer weather.
"I cannot believe that we are having freeze warnings, and the last day of summer is September 22nd," said Jessica Schaffer.
A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are highly likely in this area. It is important to keep crops and other sensitive plants safe.
