One of NY State's Most Wanted Fugative is Caught

Utica police tell Eyewitness News Robert Blainey, a convicted sex offender was stopped tonight by Pennsylvania police.
Robert Blainey, a convicted sex offender and Utica resident has been on the run after he stopped meeting with his parole officer.
Tonight, state police in Pennsylvania found him after they stopped a car belonging to Linda Turner.
Ms. Turner, the owner of the Davis Motel on Herkimer Road was found dead last week.
Investigators from the Utica Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division are currently in route to Pennsylvania.
Prior to his disappearance Blainey was living on the 900 block of Rutger Street in east Utica.
That neighborhood certainly feeling safer tonight, knowing this man is in police custody.
Now, investigators have the job of figuring out what happened between the last visit with Blainey's parole officer and how he ended up being caught driving a dead woman's car.
