Utica Parolee Charged with Rape by NYSP

A New York State Parolee is charged with rape and criminal
sexual act in the second degree following an incident that occurred December
19, 2011.
26-year-old Tyrell Williams of Utica is accused of having sexual intercourse
and oral sexual contact with a female younger than 16-years-old.
The Utica Police Department responded to the complaint which was then turned
over to the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
Williams fled the Utica area shortly after the incident. The UPD Warrants Squad
and the NY State Parole Officers began a search for him and the NYS Parole
issued a warrant charging him with a violation of his parole.
Williams was found yesterday, December 22 at 3 p.m. in Brookyln.
