Police: Woman Employed at Smoker Friendly Uses Stolen Credit Cards to Buy Smokes.

A Herkimer woman is under arrest and charged with using a stolen credit card.
Herkimer Police say Lindsey Benedict is an employee of Smoker Friendly on Main Street in Herkimer. After a complaint of a stolen credit card, police say Benedict was seen on Smoker Friendly's surveillance video using the card several times.
Benedict is charged with criminal possession of stolen property and forgery. She was arraigned in the Village of Herkimer Court and sent to the Herkimer Correctional Facility on $5,000 bail.
