Flags to be Flown at Half-Staff in Memory of Fallen New York Soldier

Governor Andrew Cuomo has directed all flags on state government buildings be flown at half-staff today in honor of a fallen soldier from New York.
Staff Sgt. William Wilson died last week in Afghanistan as a result of wounds and a small arms fire.
Cuomo extends his deepest sympathy to Wilson's family and friends saying, "We will always be grateful for the service and dedication of this new york soldier."
