A man will spend the next 35 years in prison for a federal kidnapping charge.

Arnold Fox, 32, was sentenced today in a Utica Court.

The South Carolina man placed a help wanted ad for a horse farm that doesn't exist.

When a 21-year-old woman answered his ad, he lured her across state lines where he physically and sexually assaulted her.

She was found in a hotel in Weedsport, New York bound and unconscious.

Fox was later found by the FBI in Miami.
