Three arrested following thefts at Walmart in Herkimer

Three people are accused of stealing merchandise, running from police, and resisting arrest.
Police say the crimes happened at the Herkimer Walmart around 8:00 p.m. last night.
When Walmart security approached the three, they ran.
Police say one of the suspects, Jose Rosado, 19, hit the officers as he was being arrested.
Joshua Capirci, 19, and Andrea Vandyke, 20, are also under arrest on related charges, including Petit Larceny.
