Collision in Utica results in DWI arrest

One man is facing his second DWI charge after a collision on Varick Street in Utica last night.
According to the Utica Police Department, Kelvin Tennell of Utica backed into a parked car.
Police say Tennell's blood alcohol content was 1.3%, almost twice the legal limit.
He is charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
