Man arrested for rape by Lowville Police

A Natural Bridge man has been arrested by the Lowville Police Department for rape.
According to police, David Murdock, 38, had forcible sex with a 13-year-old girl.
Murdock is charged with a felony rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
He is being held at the Jefferson County Correctional Facility.
