Police: Man arrested for driving drunk with kids in the car

A Utica man is under arrest and facing several charges after police say he drove drunk with four kids in the car.
According to the Utica Police Department, Eric Glasper, 39, was driving with a blood alcohol content of .17%, more than twice the legal limit.
Police say Glasper had a 4-year-old, a 6-year-old, a 9-year-old, and a 10-year-old in the car, all unrestrained.
He is charged with Driving While Intoxicated, 4 counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and 4 counts of violating Leandra's Law.
