Attention drivers, if you have a lead foot, you might want to use some extra caution this week.
State Police have announced their Operation Spring Brake initiative as their five day annual safety enforcement campaign.
With the many construction projects taking place already, Operation Spring Brake is an effort to alert drivers to crack down on speeding, and to be more cautious in construction zones.
It will continue through May 11, 2012.
