Rome business owner accused of selling counterfeit merchandise

An area business owner is under arrest after a four-month investigation involving the sale of counterfeit merchandise.

Ronald Yacobucci, 60, of Rome, is the owner of "Design Sellar" on West Dominick Street in Rome.

Police say he sold more than $54 thousand in trademark counterfiet merchandise.

Yacobucci is charged with Trademark Counterfeiting, which is a felony.
