Dolgeville Man on Bath Salts Runs Around with Loaded Weapon

Some residents in Dolgeville witnessed a disturbing event. A man high on bath salts was running around Dolge Avenue Monday morning with a loaded gun according to the Dolgeville Police. Thirty-nine year old Daniel Nellis started the commotion at three thrity in the morning. Police say, Nellis was staying in a house that had over 170 guns inside. Authorities tracked Nellis to the Town of Oppenheim where he gave himself up. Police Chief Richard Congdon says, "At this point he's been transported for mental health evaluation and we are in contact with the Fulton County District Attorney's Office, its and ongoing investigation." Police tell us that none of the weapons belonged to Nellis.
