Police say Terry Prescott, of Utica, was following three 13 year old girls as they were walking. The girls said to police someone in a black SUV was following them.
They said Prescott eventually pulled up to them and exposed himself, asking the girls what their ages were. The girls walked to a nearby K-Mart and an employee called 911.
Police searched the area and found Prescott at a nearby gas station. He was detained, identified by the girls, and then arrested. Prescott was charged with Public Indecency, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
Prescott was sent to Herkimer County Jail on $2,000 bail.
