Head shop in New Hartford being sued by the NY Attorney General for illegally selling bath salts & other synthetic drugs

Despite bath salts being banned in our state and across the nation, multiple lawsuits have been filed in 12 counties.
Sixteen head shop retailers are being sued for violating labeling laws by selling these synthetic drugs.
Attorney General Eric Schneiderman announced that his office filed these suits Tuesday.
Goodfellas Alternative Smoke Shop in New Hartford is one of those shops being sued by the state.
The Attorney General is seeking an immediate end to the sale of mislabeled drugs, and a full description and account of all commodities sold.
