It's an organization attempting to improve and promote downtown Utica. The Downtown Utica Development Association has been trying to improve Utica since the late 1970's. Tonight the group discussed an art in windows project. They say this project could help attract more people to downtown.
D.U.D.A President Regina Bonacci says, "You know people come down, they look at downtown, they see that there's really not a lot downtown and we want to be able to show that there is life down here. So art in windows is a good opportunity for us."
They are expecting to launch the arts in windows program this fall.
