Utica Father Says Son Drank Blood & Wanted to Eat Babies After Week-Long Drug Splurge

After a week's worth of drug splurging which included LSD, Cocaine, Bath Salts, Angel Dust, and more, a Utica Teen is now in custody of Utica Police. Police say the unidentified teen was found on N. Genesee Street sitting on a bench with his father.
They say the father told police his son was hearing voices as well as having a desire to, "rip babies apart so that he can eat them." He had even cut his own leg to taste his blood.
Police say they are unsure as to what exact chemicals were in his system at the time. He was taken to a hospital for a mental health evaluation.
