A group of sledders made a shocking discovery in the snow when they found a dead body. Five years later, the man accused of killer her is in court. It was an unsolved murder, with no suspect - until just a few months ago when police named a suspect in the homicide case. Thirty year old Craig Ingersollappeared in Oneida County Court today after rejecting a plea offer. Ingersoll is accused of killing Jennifer Bennett back in 2007. Her body was found in the snow behind the Deerfield firehouse. Ingersoll, who police say is linked to the crime scene through d-n-a - will return to court in September for a Huntley Hearing. That's when court will determine whether or not statements Ingersoll made to police can be used in the trial. He facing second degree murder and sex- related charges.
