Two years after the investigation Gro-West began, the City of Utica's Corporation Counsel is releasing the full "Hage" report to the public.
Gro-West received millions of dollars in grant money to restore abandoned houses and help area homeowners repair their homes.
Two years ago, concerns were brought to then Mayor David Roefaro as to how the funds were actually being spent as several homeowners still claim they were taken advantage of by the organization.
The full report, prepared by the Hage and Hage Law Firm, is now available for review at the City Clerk's Office.
