Area investment firm celebrating 65 years

One New Hartford organization is celebrating its 65th anniversary. The Mohawk Valley Chamber of Commerce recognized M. Griffith Investment Services, Inc. Monday for reaching a major milestone.
The business is a full-service financial firm that was established back in the 1940s. The owner and president of the company says he's proud to be taking on the business after his father.
"It is a family business. We are headquartered here are roots are here in the Mohawk Valley. We hire people locally and the vast majority of our clients are local and we try to support nonprofit organizations locally and we are tied to the area and glad we are," said President David Griffith.
Mr. Griffith says he's honored to help area residents or businesses reach their financial objectives.
