Congressman Hanna officially kicks off 2012 campaign

Congressman Richard Hanna officially kicked off his 2012 campaign today with a grand opening of his campaign headquarters.
The GOP candidate is running against democratic candidate Dan Lamb for the new 22nd Congressional District seat.
Congressman Hanna spoke about his first term highlights from hosting job fairs and small business workshops to assisting veterans.
"People kind of have to look at my record and decide if they want to support it. The democratic process gives them an alternative and I respect that, but I think I have been a good reflection of not of the district but I am someone who has not changed who they are," said Congressman Hanna.
Mr. Hanna was elected to Congress back in November 2010. The Congressman's new headquarters is in the Northland Communications Building on Court Street in Utica.
