APAC Customer Services is looking to bring 200 new jobs to Utica's Downtown area.

The company held a job fair today at the Common Council Chambers at City Hall to recruit potential employees. This comes after APAC announced last week it will be expanding its company at the former Boston Store.

One applicant says she's moving back home from Boise, Idaho to look for better opportunities.

"I was actually a taxi driver before but it was kind of unstable. I hope this will give me more opportunities and open doors. I have more family here and more connections here and i hope i can progress more in my life in a career," said Rachel Hasenauer, a Utica resident.

If hired, training will focus on customer service and IT help desk support. Positions for higher level training and management support are also available.
