For the second time in as many months, crews had to battle a fire at the Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority on Leland Avenue, in Utica.
Fire officials say a conveyer belt carrying recyclables caught on fire just before ten this morning.
We're told everyone was able to escape unharmed and that the building re-opened about two hours later.
Officials say damage was contained to the conveyer belt. But, it's still not clear what sparked the fire.
