School Merger Still Possible

From four to three to two - now it appears that two valley schools have the go head to try for another merger. If the Ilion and Mohawk school districts can get one hundred signatures from residents another vote will be held. Ilion Superintendent Cosmo Tangorra says the state approving the school's proposal is out of the ordinary. But, so is three approved merger elections. If the voters approve the merger for a fourth time, the new district could be in place starting July first.
