Proctor boys lose at buzzer.

Thomas R. Proctor lost to Cicero-North Syracuse 61-60 on a 3-point buzzer-beater by Anthony DelCoro in today's Section III Class AA boys basketball final at the Utica Memorial Auditorium.
Walkery Mills scored 18 points for Proctor (17-4).
C-NS (19-2) plays Albany CBA (20-1) or Shenendehowa (20-1) in a regional final next Saturday at a Section III site yet to be determined.
