Hamilton softball team rallies bast Oriskany for 11-4 win

The past few years have seen Oriskany having Hamilton’s number in softball. Thursday saw coach Bill Dowsland’s Emerald Knights put up a big number in the sixth inning to secure a Center State Conference win.
Defending Class D-1 champ Oriskany appeared headed for victory entering the bottom of the sixth up 4-1. Things still looked good for the visitors when Sam Martin led off by popping up. But Meghan Carlo walked Sara Whyatt and Jenna Whyatt doubled her in to get the hosts started on a 10-run rally that clinched an 11-4 victory.
