What to Watch:

Tuesday 10/19

WFXV - 4PM - NLCS Game 3 - Philadelphia Phillies @ San Fransisco Giants.  In a series filled with great pitching matchups, this will be another.  It will be a battle of home-grown young stud pitchers as Matt Cain of the Giants goes against the Phillies Cole Hamels.  OUTCOME: Matt Cain won the pitchers duel as the Giants blanked the Phillies 3-0.  The Giants hold a 2-1 series lead headed into tonight's game.

Wednesday 10/20

WFXV - 7:30 PM - NLCS Game 4 - Philadelphia Phillies @ San Fransisco Giants.  Pitching depth will be tested as both teams turn to their #4 starters.  For the Phillies that means former Oakland A's pitcher Joe Blanton, while the Giants will have another young pitching sensation on the mound, Madison Bumgarner.  OUTCOME:  This game was up for grabs and some of the managerial decisions by Phillies manager Charlie Manual seemed to come back to bite him in this one.  After trailing 4-2, the Giants come back to win on a walk-off sac fly by Pablo Sandoval.  The Giants now lead the series 3-1.

Thursday 10/21

WFXV - 7:30 PM - NLCS Game 5 - Philadelphia Phillies @ San Fransisco Giants.   The game one starters return in this highly anticipated matchup of the Phillies Roy Halladay against the Giants Tim Lincecum.  The only pitcher who has been as dominant as these two this postseason might be Cliff Lee.  Halladay will look for revenge after a game one defeat and the Giants Cody Ross will look to continue his hot hitting against Doc Halladay.  OUTCOME:  Doc Halladay gets his revenge and the win as the Phillies hold on to force a game 6.

Saturday 10/23

WUTR - 3:00 PM - College Football - (13) Wisconsin Badgers @ (15) Iowa Hawkeyes.  Wisconsin will carry the momentum of a big win over Ohio State into this Big Ten battle in Iowa.  Meanwhile the Buckeyes will look to build upon their 2-0 conference record.  In a tightly packed Big Ten, this game could have major implications down the road.

WFXV - 7:30 PM - NLCS Game 6.  San Fransisco Giants @ Philadelphia Phillies.  The Giants Jonathan Sanchez and Phillies Roy Oswalt will look to continue their postseason success's in this pivotal game 6 matchup.  Will his relief appearance in Game 4 affect Roy Oswalt's pitching?  Tune into WFXV to find out.

WUTR - 8:00 PM - College Football - (1) Oklahoma Sooners @ (11) Missouri Tigers.  A battle of 6-0 Big Twelve teams as the Sooners will have to live up to their #1 ranking by beating the Tigers on their home field.

Sunday 10/24

WFXV - 1:00 PM - NFL on Fox - Washington Redskins @ Chicago Bears. The Bears lead the NFC North with a 4-2 record as they welcome the Redskins to Soldier Field.  Washington will look to get back above .500 as the strenght of their passing game should offset the strength of the Bears run defense.

* WFXV - 7:00 PM - NLCS Game 7 - San Fransisco Giants @ Philadelphia Phillies.  Matt Cain and Cole Hamels meet up again in a crucial game 7 matchup in Philly.  Watch the high stakes drama unfold as this game will punch the world series ticket for one of these two teams.** - if necessary.

* If necessary.
