A Sherill man, accused of stabbing and killing his girlfriend's six year-old daughter Lauren Belius was back in Oneida County Court.
David Trebilcock faced Judge Michael Dwyer today. The District Attorney's office says they're still waiting for psychiatric reports. Trebilcock's lawyers asked for a report saying they needed more time to assess his mental state.
Trebilcock has pleaded not guilty to three counts ranging from 2nd degree murder to having a criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree.
Trebilcock is due back in court November 3rd to determine if statements made by Trebilcock to law enforcement can be used against him during trial.
