Two Charged in Westmoreland Home Invasion

A Syracuse man and woman are charged with robbery and burglary in the second degree.

64-year-old John Frateschi and 24-year-old Lydia Perry-Mosher were arrested for robbing and burglarizing a woman's home in the Town of Westmoreland back in March of 2010.

Frateschi is currently an inmate at Groveland Correctional Facility. He was convicted for attempted robbery and burglary from an unrelated incident in Onondaga County.
