Herkimer came out hot and hit 4 3's in the first quarter en route to an 18-16 lead. Shooting cooled in the 2nd quarter and we led 26-25 at the half. We started the 3rd quarter with a press which led to a couple baskets and really ended up being the difference in the game. Our big men led us overall as Josh Diehl had 21 points and 17 rebounds, with Jalen Hubbard adding 14 points and 12 rebounds. Jalen was also 8-8 from the free throw line.

Oriskany's Steven Rossi got off to a hot start, scoring 16 of his 20 points in the first half. His scoring paced the Redskin's to a 17 point half time lead. Westmoreland fought back in the second half to close the 3rd quarter down 9. The Bulldogs fought valiantly, but Oriskany's Austin Smith iced the game late with two of his five three pointers. Marvin Sherman did a little bit of everything for the Bulldogs with 14 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 steals and 2 blocks. Tyler Witter did the bulk of the Bulldogs with 17. Tyler Taverne did a nice job in the post with 8 rebounds and 4 steals.
