UPD Needs Public's Help to ID Man

The Utica Police Department is asking for your help to identify the man in the picture. He is wanted for questioning in a larceny/ identity theft case.
The incident happened at Wal-Mart Consumer Square on December 12th around 12:30 p.m. If you know who this person is please call the New Hartford Police. All calls are kept confidential.
