Utica Man Charged with Raping 14-Year-Old Female

A Utica man is charged with raping a 14-year-old female in
the City of Utica back in November of last year.
24-year-old year Jose Sanchez of 700-block of Lansing Street in Utica was arrested yesterday
by New York State Police Investigator Andrew Wilmont. Sanchez was arraigned in Utica
City Court and was committed to the Oneida County Jail on bail.
The victim is receiving services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy
Center.
