Carol Shaw has been serving up maple products at the annual Clinton Shoppers' Stroll for the last two years.

"You meet people from all over the place and they just love hearing about how the maple is made and I love hearing where they're taking it to," she said.

And sampling some of Carol's goods is just one of many things at the two day long event.

With horse-drawn carriage rides, local shopping and more, the stroll is something that's become a tradition for Clinton resident Maria Cofano.

"We just like to support the area and the community, and the small businesses....they offer a lot of homemade items that the bill malls and retail shops don't," said Cofano.

Along with locals joining in on the Holiday fun, the weekend also brings out travelers like Sean Canada, who is visiting from New York City.

"It's way more laid back. It's much quieter, everyone is just a little friendlier in the town. The city is kind of big and anonymous so it's nice to get away," said Canada.

And what's a holiday stroll without good Ol' Saint Nick?

Brothers Cameron and Joseph didn't miss out on the opportunity to see Santa and Joseph says he got some pretty good news from the big guy.

"He said he likes me better because I like The Red Sox and my brother likes the Yankees," said Joseph.

So with all the Holiday cheer, Cameron says there's just three words to sum up Clinton's annual stroll

"It is AWESOME!!," he said.
