Joe sits down with author and lifelong North Utica resident Howard Bushinger, and they discuss the contents of his new book, 'North Utica: A Look Back In Time'.
According to Bushinger, the North Utica book project came as a result of a 'Walk and Talk' program that he hosted for the Landmarks Society of Greater Utica in June 2009.
The book includes many, rare photos and is only available through the Oneida County Historical Society and Bushinger.
