Joe sits down with Scott McNamara, Oneida County District Attorney.  They discuss a child pornography case in which his office prosecuted the offender twice, for two different criminal acts involving child pornography. This case has ended up going to the highest court in New York state, as the defense attorney is claiming illegal search and seizure. They also discuss the possibility of reopening the Sara Anne Wood case, and discuss other cold cases and ongoing investigations.
